How to check and fix the water tank problem

When we use a robot vacuum cleaner to clean our floor under mop mode, sometime it happen no water comes out, what happen? And how to fixed it?

First we need to learn about the water tank of the robot vacuum cleaners, and then check out what is happening step by step. Please refer to the drawing below of the water tank of our robot vacuums, we mostly need to check below:

1) Is the water inlet sealed well?

2) Are the water filters got dirty?

3) Is the mopping pad got dirty?

Our water tank is electric control water tank, it control by the PCB, and can set the water release level by APP, so you can also check the APP setting first, or try to adjust the water release level to do a testing.

As we should know when the water tank using a certain time, there may have limescale or dust inside the water tank, so we need to clean the water filter and mopping pad, if the water filter can not clean any more, then need to replace the new water filter to make sure the water tank in good using condition.

After the above steps, believe we can enjoy the mopping again by the robot vacuum cleaner!
